The key part here is `--user=root` so that all the files we create in
the user namespace are still owned by `$UID` on the host.

So, the build made it almost the whole way, but then I hit:

cmd: virt-install --connect=qemu:///session --name=coreos-inst-362-1545066683 --noautoconsole --console=log.file=/srv/"
ERROR    Failed to connect socket to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No such file or directory
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor
error: Failed to connect socket to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No such file or directory

Adding WIP label.

Our docs default to running rootless now: #722. Closing this.
